your peacock rewards: step by step

1) Sign up

  1. Go to https://start.mylty.co/login?id=22430 and create your free account — or join in store.

  2. Add your name, email and date of birth (entering your DOB gives you a birthday surprise).

  3. After signing up, you’ll have an account in the app and a digital membership card with a QR code and member ID.

2) Activate your membership card

  • You’ll see your digital card: QR code, member ID and your points total. Keep the app handy when you shop.

3) How to collect points

  • Rate: Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on eligible purchases.

  • Online:

    • At checkout, enter the same email address you used to sign up.

    • Your points will be added to your account automatically once the purchase is processed.

  • In store:

    • Open the app and show your digital card (QR code) or give your member ID at the till.

    • We’ll scan or enter your ID and add the points for that purchase.

4) How to check your balance & progress

  • Open the app, and you can see how many points you have.

  • Your current points total and progress to the next reward are displayed there.

5) How to redeem rewards — online

  1. Open the app and go to the Rewards section in your account.

  2. Choose the reward you want and claim it.

  3. The app will send you a unique code to your email (check your spam).

  4. Copy that code into the 'Enter A Promo Code' field in your online basket at checkout.

  5. The reward (discount or free item) will be applied to your order.

6) How to redeem rewards — in-store

  • Open the app and show the reward screen or your membership card at the till.

  • Tell the staff which reward you’re claiming, and we’ll apply it for you.

  • Make sure you show the app before you pay so the reward can be added.

7) Extras & notes

Peacock Points are available online and in-store.

Members receive exclusive discounts and special seasonal offers.

If a reward requires a code, you must claim it in the app and use the code at checkout.

Terms and Conditions for The Outrageous Peacock Loyalty Scheme

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Loyalty Dog loyalty scheme ("Loyalty Program") provided by The Outrageous Peacock, located at 7 Towngate, Leyland, Lancashire ("we", "our", "us"), via The Outrageous Peacock ("Website"). By participating in the Loyalty Program, you ("you", "your", "Member") agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use the Loyalty Program.

Eligibility
1.1 To participate in the Loyalty Program, you must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years of age.

1.2 Employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives of Vale Mill or its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

Registration & Account Creation
2.1 To join the Loyalty Program, you must create an account through the application by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your account.

 

Earning Points
3.1 Members can earn loyalty points ("Points") through purchases or actions specified on the Loyalty Dog app, such as referring friends, or engaging in promotional offers.

3.2 The number of Points earned per activity will be clearly stated on The Outrageous Peacock website. Points may be subject to change based on promotional offers or changes to the Loyalty Program.

3.3 Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of The Outrageous Peacock stores and online website unless otherwise explicitly stated in promotional offers or at the time of redemption.

Redeeming Points
4.1 Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits available in the Loyalty Program as listed on the Website.

4.2 Rewards and redemption options are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

4.3 Some points may need to be redeemed within a specific period, e.g. 6 months, after which any unused Points may expire

4.4 Some rewards may require a minimum number of Points to redeem. Any such requirements will be clearly outlined in the reward description.

 

Account Suspension or Termination
5.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and participation in the Loyalty Program if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions

5.2 If your account is terminated, any unused Points will be forfeited, and you will no longer be eligible for any associated rewards.

5.3 You may terminate your participation in the Loyalty Program at any time by contacting us, but you will forfeit any remaining Points upon termination.

Privacy and Data Use
6.1 By participating in the Loyalty Program, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use your data to personalise your experience, send promotional offers, and manage your account.

6.2 You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by updating your preferences in your account settings.

Modifications to the Loyalty Program
7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes the ability to change how Points are earned, the rewards available, and the terms of redemption.

7.2 Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Website, and the effective date of the changes will be updated accordingly. Your continued participation in the Loyalty Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Prohibited Activities
8.1 You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity related to your participation in the Loyalty Program. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Using multiple accounts to gain additional Points
Transferring or selling Points to third parties
Attempting to exploit system errors to earn more Points or rewards
Violating the intellectual property rights of Vale Mill Ltd or other members
8.2 Any such prohibited activities may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of any accumulated Points.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Loyalty Program and all associated rewards are provided "as is" and without any warranty, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, [The Outrageous Peacock] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Loyalty Program, including but not limited to loss of Points, rewards, or data.

 

Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [The United Kingdom], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Any disputes related to the Loyalty Program shall be resolved in the competent courts of [Lancashire].
