As Christmas approaches at the Peacock’s Garden, the head gardener, Connor O’Neill, carefully gathers the dried plums and fruits from the estate's stores before carrying them to the Cook of the House.

For generations, it has been a cherished tradition for the family of the estate to gather each Christmas and enjoy the grand plum pudding prepared in the warmth of the kitchen.

As the fruits are slowly folded into the pudding, the kitchen fills with the comforting aroma of juicy plums, warming ginger, and rich nutmeg drifting through the house during the festive season.
