All of our products are handmade or hand poured by The Outrageous Peacock in Lancashire.

 

Our unique blend of fine, exotic fragrances and essential oils deliver a luxury home fragrance in our candles and wax melts. 

 

We strive to create products that are as natural and as environmentally friendly as possible. 

 

Our natural wax products: our ethically sourced soy wax is paraffin-free and 100% vegan.  

The natural wax delivers a consistent and clean burn throughout all of our products. 

 

Approx Product weight: Candle Tin 80g.

 

Approx Burn time: Candle Tin: 16 Hours . 

 

Wick products: paraffin and lead free wick.  

Hand placed and straightened to ensure a central wick for a consistent burn. 

 

Before you light your candle remove packaging and place on a level heat-resistant surface as the Glass / Tin may become hot during use. Each time you want to burn your candle, start by trimming the wick to between 1/8 and 1/4 inches long. You can use scissors, or a specialized wick trimmer, as trimmed wicks will give you a cleaner, brighter burn. Never burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass. On the first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Don't leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.

 

Container packaging: recyclable, reusable and plastic free.

Gift and postage packaging: biodegradable, recyclable or compostable. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Outrageous Peacock, you can return the unused product in the original packaging and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

 

You can return an unused product up to 14 days from the date you purchased the item, as long as you inform us you wish to do so within the first 14 days, you will then have a further 14 days to ensure the item arrives safely back with us.

 

All purchased products are deemed your property until they arrive safely at the company address, it is advisable that all returns are sent signed for.
